Rudyard kipling's just so stories

"Just So Stories" is a compilation of enchanting tales written by Rudyard Kipling (author of "The Jungle Book") for his daughter, Elsie. We will journey with Elsie through How the Camel Got His HumpHow the Rhinoceros Got His Skin, and How the Elephant Got His Trunk. Elsie's animal friends will be a diverse group of children (ages 8+) and adults.

Casting (ages 8+):
Elsie (a girl, between 8-14 years of age)
A variety of animal characters (any ages, male and female, adults and children)
2 adult offstage voices (one man, one woman)

This show features two school shows (March 31 and April 1). Actors will be expected to perform during the day on these two days.

Volunteer actors of any gender, race, ethnicity, age, language, disability/ability, sexual orientation and gender-identification are encouraged to audition. Please arrive to the TCTC lobby no earlier than 6:30 p.m. to check in and to fill out an audition form. Be prepared to state all potential rehearsal conflicts. You need only attend one night of auditions, then callbacks if requested. Auditions won’t necessarily go until 10:00 p.m. if things move quickly.
