How to Use Your Flex Pass to Reserve Seats
Your may use your FLEX pass to purchase seats to individual performances in person, by calling the Box Office at (903) 592-0561 during normal operating hours, or online.
To make reservations online:
- You will need the transaction ID from your invoice (which you will also find on the FLEX card that was mailed to you at the time of purchase) and the email address you associated with the account.
- If you don't have your transaction ID (aka Invoice Number), click HERE.
- From the "Buy Tickets" page, add your seats (or quantity of tickets) to your shopping cart and click checkout.
- On the checkout page in the "Redeem Flex Package Credits" section and enter your transaction ID and email address then click "Redeem Credits".
- Click HERE to go to the "Buy Tickets" page.
NOTE: Reservations using your FLEX pass are allowed only if all items in your shopping cart qualify to be redeemed using your flex pass credits.
TO check the number of credits you have remaining:
- Have your transaction ID (aka Invoice Number) and the email associated with your account handy and click HERE.
- Enter your information and click "Search".
